Here's an amazing free download courtesy of the uniquely talented sound healer Tom Kenyon. It's a little over 5 minutes long and the idea is that you listen to it with headphones on and imagine that the sound is coming OUT of your pineal gland - aka 3rd eye.

I have started working with it because at this point anything we can do to open up our third eyes is a must! I can tell you it is very beautiful, and of a type of beauty you may not have experienced before. Mysterious, open, deep, magnetic are some words that come to mind.

One of the reasons I respond so personally to Tom and his work- besides the innate intelligence - is that in a dream that was about the world not ending, a sound came out of a meteor, which was attatched to something galactic by an umbillical cord - a chord that came out of the cord - and when I heard Tom's recordings I recognized the sound.

Which brings me back to his pineal activation recording.

They call it the pineal gland because it is shaped like a pine cone by the way.

When you stimulate the pineal you’re enhancing your sixth sense. I've found that the more highly attuned my intuition is, the more easily my life flows, the happier I am. Now that’s my idea of a stimulus package.
