My Other Car Is A Yoga Mat: The Twitter List

Sometimes I think of twittering as yoga. I am in union with a force greater than myself while I do it.

And apparently I'm not alone because I have lots of yogi friends on twitter. So I dove into twitter's new list feature and made a My Other Car Is A Yoga Mat twitt er list. Shall we call them tw'ists? They do squeeze a group down. And they are fun.

Of course twittering is not yoga in the sense of actually getting on the mat. But My Other Car Is A Yoga Mat is all about living my yoga off the mat. And deepening it on the mat. Both of which this list will help with. My list has studios, teachers, websites, paraphenalia, retreats, magazines and passionate yogis on it. I'm planning on keeping it up dated, comprehensive and a place to go when we're at our desks and we need them to be our mats. Please do follow!
