She’s guided show business pros and other humans wanting to understand their stories in order to lead more fulfilling lives.

Beth specializes in helping creatives in transition, which let’s face it, is all of us right now.

She’s helped talent break through to the next level, work through plateaus, navigate transitions, understand their essential creative drive. In helping writers, performers and other humans find their unique voices and the projects most suited to them

Beth has culled this wisdom from her own extensive work as a writer, comedian, host, actress, innovator and visual artist. As well as her extensive teaching and coaching. She is the creator of the groundbreaking comedy show UnCabaret now in its 27th year, and she has shepherded it through projects at Comedy Central, audible, Amazon and more. Beth is the author of teh critically acclaimed “Did I Wake You?” and her writing has appeared in O, The LA Times, Elle Decor, LA Yoga and more. Her one woman shows have toured internationally, worked as a commentator for NPR, hosted a daily radio show and run a campaign to make First Lady an elected position which was featured on CNN, in People Magazine and Interview.

Beth’s taught and lectured independently and at schools and institutions like UCLA, Extension, Second City, Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Actors Comedy Studio, Brown University, CSUN, SMoCA etc.

Beth has a BA from Brown University in Modes of Expression and the recipient of several National Endowment of The Arts grants.
